Pick-up, Drop, and Refunds Policy
This policy governs the pick-up, drop-off, and refund procedures for car rentals provided by Shiv Shakti Self Drive ("we," "us," "our").
1. Pick-up and Drop-off
1.1 Pick-up:
- Vehicle pick-up location and time will be agreed upon during the booking process.
- Please arrive on time with valid identification and payment details.
1.2 Drop-off:
- The vehicle must be returned to the designated location at the agreed-upon time.
- Late returns may incur additional charges.
2. Refunds
2.1 Cancellation by Customer:
- Refunds for cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy.
- Cancellation fees may apply based on the notice period.
2.2 Cancellation by Shiv Shakti Self Drive:
- In the event we cancel a booking, you will receive a full refund.
2.3 Unused Rental Period:
- No refunds will be provided for unused rental periods once the rental has commenced.
3. Damage and Deposit
3.1 Security Deposit:
- A security deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- The deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned, subject to inspection.
3.2 Damage Charges:
- You are responsible for any damages to the vehicle during the rental period.
- Damages will be assessed upon return, and repair charges will be deducted from the deposit.
