- For racing, towing, or off-road driving (unless specified for off-road use).

4. Vehicle Condition and Return

4.1 The vehicle will be provided in a clean and roadworthy condition.

4.2 You must return the vehicle on time and in the same condition as when rented, except for normal wear and tear.

4.3 You are responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle during the rental period.

5. Insurance and Liability

5.1 The rental fee includes basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options may be available for purchase.

5.2 You are liable for any damages not covered by insurance, including deductibles and loss of use charges.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation policies and refund terms are specified at the time of booking.

6.2 Refunds are subject to deduction of applicable fees or charges.
